You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on the Punch Protector for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction.
How to make a return:
Step 1 — Get a Return Authorization (RA) number
Request an RA number by emailing email@example.com.
Step 2 — Pack your items carefully
Return items in packaging that is consistent with the type you received, complete with all original packing and paperwork. You are responsible for damages caused by improper packaging on returns.
Step 3 — Shipping label
You will receive a UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) shipping label along with your return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed ARS label to each package.
Step 4 — Give the package to UPS
Take it to any official UPS drop-off site. For the location nearest you, call 1.800.742.5877 or visit www.ups.com.
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within three (3) business days.
